My approach is a good fit for adults looking to soothe overwhelm, anxiety, or depression, and/or those who are feeling stuck in their relationships (past or present). I have a collaborative, relational, and relaxed approach, and I will work with you to develop specific strategies that support your mind and body. I also provide ecotherapy for nature lovers!
