Education
University of Kentucky, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2025
I am currently a counseling intern completing my master's in clinical mental health counseling!
Berklee College of Music, Bachelor of Arts, Music Therapy, 2015
I graduate from Berklee with a degree in Music Therapy. I have been a Board-Certified Music Therapist for almost a decade and I love using music to help clients with their mental health struggles.
Work History
I have worked as a music therapist in mental health for almost a decade now (ugh I feel old saying that). While I'm a new counselor, I'm defiantly not new to the world of mental health. As a music therapist in mental health I focus heavily on how to utilize music as a tool to improve a client's mental health. I hope to be able to use my experience as a music therapist with clients, especially those who are a little hesitant to start this journey.
