Work HistoryI am a queer, non-monogamy affirming, kink-aware, and culturally humble therapist. In the therapy room, I show up with a sense of compassion, warmth, and curiosity with each client. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is collaborative. A space that is brave enough for you to show up vulnerably with yourself and others. As an attachment-based therapist, I believe that relationships shape how we make sense of our lives. They influence how we show up in the world. Relationships can create our biggest love and biggest pain. These experiences can nurture our innate strengths and can cause us to form protections to hide ourselves. When working with any relationship in individual, partner, or sex therapy, my hope is that we discover the ways and the whys for our protections. As we grow into this understanding we can offer compassion and embrace our wholeness.
