Work HistoryI offer individual therapy for adults navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My clinical experience spans college counseling centers, community clinics, and group private practice settings, where I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and difficulties adjusting to major life transitions. I am especially attuned to the impact of intergenerational trauma and the ways in which bicultural identity and cultural expectations shape one’s lived experience and healing process. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic. I integrate evidence-based practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family systems theory, and multicultural counseling—to meet each client where they are. I aim to create a warm and inclusive space where you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s most meaningful to you and work toward greater clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.
