Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I was drawn to this work through a genuine desire to help people feel less alone in what they’re going through. I’ve always been interested in understanding how past experiences shape the way we think, feel, and respond.
Over time, that interest grew into a passion for helping others not just cope, but actually heal and move forward in a meaningful way. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural path to support people in creating lasting change in their lives.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Working with me is collaborative and supportive. I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not judged. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you while also working toward meaningful progress.
While I’m supportive, I’m also intentional in helping you move forward. So therapy isn’t just talking, but actually creating change in how you feel and respond.

Work HistoryI’ve worked closely with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma in an intensive outpatient setting, where people often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.
Being in that environment helped me understand how important it is to go beyond just coping skills. Now, I focus on helping clients process past experiences and build lasting change so they can feel more grounded, in control, and confident in their lives.
