Work History I have nearly 20 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. My experience has taken me into a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health, private practice, and virtual therapy. Over the years, I’ve worked with people across many stages of life—from young children learning to understand and express big emotions to adults trying to make sense of difficult experiences, relationships, identity, loss, and change. Much of my work has focused on trauma and the ways our past experiences can continue to shape how we feel, relate to others, and move through the world. My background in art therapy and expressive approaches has also taught me that healing does not always happen through words alone. When it feels helpful, I incorporate creativity, imagery, mindfulness, and other experiential approaches to help clients explore what may be difficult to put into words. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy as warm, collaborative, curious, and deeply individualized. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, I work to understand each person’s story and help them develop greater insight, self-compassion, and meaningful ways of moving forward.
