Work HistoryThroughout my career, I have worked in schools, partial programs, and private practice, organizing and leading support groups for adopted children and teens. I have created activities to help them express their emotions, bond, and develop coping skills. My experience includes counseling individuals and families facing a range of challenges, particularly early childhood trauma. I have also led art therapy groups for teenage girls dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and facilitated support groups for children of divorced parents. As a school therapist, I provided therapy for elementary and middle school students with emotional and behavioral challenges, working closely with teachers and parents to support their mental health and advocate for their needs in IEP meetings. In the past two years, I have enjoyed offering online therapy sessions, providing flexible support to my clients.
