My background in early intervention research and personal experiences with mental health struggles in my family have fueled my passion for supporting others. Inspired by my own mentors and mental health providers, I hope to guide my own clients towards tapping into their resilience, finding genuine joy in witnessing their healing and growth.

I have worked as a therapist in community mental health settings, in outpatient clinics, and working in non-profit wraparound services. Previously, I worked conducting clinical research and neuropsychological assessments and as a mental health coach. I completed a Master's in Clinical Psychology from UNC Greensboro and Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. This unique combination of educational backgrounds has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, mental health, and effective therapeutic interventions with a social justice lens.
