Work HistoryTaking the step to reach out takes courage, so I appreciate your willingness and desire to start therapy, increase support, and make healthy changes in your life. My primary goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you. We will navigate your journey together in that space, starting where you are now and collaborating on future goals. Utilizing a person-centered approach, you’ll begin to unlock skills you have within, develop new ones, and strengthen your overall coping strategies and mental health. Taking the step to reach out takes courage, so I appreciate your willingness and desire to start therapy, increase support, and make healthy changes in your life. I take a holistic approach, learning about you in all of your environments and understanding their impact. Using an eclectic style, I’ll incorporate individualized styles and skills to best support you. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based, and existential. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults. I specialize in children, grief, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, loss & life transitions. With children, I will involve play in the sessions, support sensory needs, and have regular caregiver communication and parent sessions. Reaching out can feel overwhelming, but you can take one small step at a time. Call or email, and we will guide you every step of the way!
