Work HistoryI initially began my career working as an EAP Specialist where I provided Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to a variety of clients (youth, elderly adults, middle-aged adults, etc.) regarding a variety of challenges they were facing (work stress, difficulty communicating with others, adoption adjustment, substance use, identity shifts, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, burnout, stage of life changes, relationship issues, fitting in with others, family stress, etc.). From there I moved into an administrative role at a Community Mental Health Program, where I eventually ran the administrative and clinical aspects of the program. During that time I provided supervision to other counselors and helped restructure programs so that clients had better access and a better experience. After moving on from that agency, I started my own coaching and consulting business where I helped counselors and other healthcare private practice owners build the life and business of their dreams. I helped them overcome burnout, anxiety, depression, negative mindsets and a variety of other challenges they faced. And now I am excited to help you on your journey, through my own private practice!
