Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Working with me feels like having a grounded, insightful partner who sees the real you—beneath the burnout, the pressure, and the constant doing. I blend deep clinical skill with real-life understanding, so our sessions are both impactful and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you with curiosity, challenge you with compassion, and hold space for the hard stuff without letting you stay stuck. Therapy with me isn’t about endless digging or surface-level advice—it’s about coming home to yourself, making meaningful shifts, and creating a life that actually feels like yours.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
My clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and more connected to themselves. You'll walk away with deeper clarity, practical tools, and a renewed sense of power over your life—whether we're unpacking patterns, navigating relationships, or building emotional resilience. My goal is for you to feel both grounded and energized, with insights you can use right away and shifts that stick. Expect real conversations, meaningful progress, and a space where your whole self is welcome.
What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session is all about getting a clear, grounded sense of where you are right now—what’s working, what’s not, and what’s weighing on you. It’s a space for us to get to know each other, for you to ask any questions, and for me to give you a feel for what working together will actually be like. Before we move forward, I want to make sure this feels like the right fit for you—because the work we do together should feel safe, supportive, and deeply meaningful.

Work HistoryI initially began my career working as an EAP Specialist where I provided Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to a variety of clients (youth, elderly adults, middle-aged adults, etc.) regarding a variety of challenges they were facing (work stress, difficulty communicating with others, adoption adjustment, substance use, identity shifts, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, burnout, stage of life changes, relationship issues, fitting in with others, family stress, etc.). From there I moved into an administrative role at a Community Mental Health Program, where I eventually ran the administrative and clinical aspects of the program. During that time I provided supervision to other counselors and helped restructure programs so that clients had better access and a better experience. After moving on from that agency, I started my own coaching and consulting business where I helped counselors and other healthcare private practice owners build the life and business of their dreams. I helped them overcome burnout, anxiety, depression, negative mindsets and a variety of other challenges they faced.
And now I am excited to help you on your journey, through my own private practice!
