Work HistoryI have extensive experience working in long-term care facilities, substance use treatment facilities, outpatient therapy practices, and group facilitation. I especially enjoy working with teenagers and adults from a variety of backgrounds and with various mental and emotional concerns. I provide therapy services to clients ages 12 and up across the state of Colorado. I focus on trauma, depression, anxiety, adoption, neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, and substance use/addiction while emphasizing clients’ autonomy, personal strengths, and innate self-worth. I seek to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment in which clients can explore the depths of who they are, pursue their goals, and overcome life’s challenges.
