Work HistoryOut of Graduate school, I worked in community mental health, supporting a wide range of clients and life issues. I moved into health coaching for a period of time soon after, developing skills to support working toward goals in a coaching format. I opened my private practice soon after and have worked with clients primarily with the challenges of Anxiety, Work Life Transitions, other Big Life Transitions. Most recently I have been working with moms, babies and families in Maternal and Perinatal Therapy. You will be supported through a Mindfulness, Somatics, Nervous System, and Internal Family Systems - informed approach.
