I have been practicing at Humantold since I was a student intern. I have worked with diverse adult individuals of all ages. I have helped clients tame their perfectionism, get out of depressive ruts, invigorate their social lives, grieve losses, adapt to big changes, communicate effectively, and live their best lives with ADHD, ASD, and Bipolar. I was an environmental engineer before becoming a therapist.
