What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

I believe in an eclectic and collaborative therapy process, meaning I prioritize working to carefully understand your concerns and your goals, and then work with you to tailor therapy (the specific approach) to fit your needs. Patience, empathy, and understanding are at the core of each session. By defining key milestones and actionable steps, together, we will identify strategies for addressing your primary concerns and meeting your individual goals. Moreover, I will regularly seek your feedback to make sure that therapy is on track for you.

Work History

Prior to my time working at Centers for Family Change, I worked for Clearbrook, a non-profit organization that specializes in providing services for individuals with disabilities. I gained experience working with individuals and families who live with developmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In my work with individuals with these challenges, my focus is to strengthen distress tolerance, improve emotional regulation, support the development of better communication and coping skills, and work towards empowering greater independence and building towards a happier, healthier life.
