What is your style/approach to therapy?
I'm a very genuine person in my approach to how I conduct my sessions. I will be upfront and honest with you about things, but I will also tell you when you are doing well. I will give you resources and hold you accountable to practicing what you need to in order to maintain and promote progress between sessions. I will push you to challenge your automatic negative thoughts, evaluate evidence, and modify your actions/behaviors in order to better align with your goals and the life that you want for yourself.
