Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I became a provider because I have always been curious about how our minds work, the impact that our thoughts, feelings and beliefs can have on our lives, and maybe most importantly that we can change our thoughts, feelings and beliefs and is so doing change our lives. Another reason I became a provider is because the significance of therapy on me. In therapy I finally felt someone heard me and understood what I was telling them about my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs and they didn’t try to correct me or tell me I was wrong for having them, instead they validated me and helped me explore them from different perspectives. In my personal life enjoy following my favorite sports teams, reading, watching TV and spending quality time with the people most important to me.
