My journey to becoming a therapist began while working in special education. I was inspired by students who worked hard to overcome their challenges and build on their strengths to succeed. I take that past with me to my current work with clients to boost their strengths and build healthy coping tools. I have found that my approach works best for adults and children in transition or needing help to manage the stresses of daily life. I work best with clients who are motivated to build skills and healthy coping tools for a lifetime. I am here to help you build a balanced life.

I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and their families from my years as a school psychologist providing neuropsychological evaluations, consulting about special education services, and providing psychotherapy. In my post-doctoral training, I gained additional experience in these areas working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I have been conducting therapy since 2018.
