Work HistoryNice to meet you! I've worked in several settings over the past seven years - moving my way from a social work intern to an independently licensed social worker - that have helped me form a practice that can best help my clients. Through work in children's programs, inpatient substance abuse / mental health centers, faith-based counseling, and outpatient individual therapy, I've found that empathy and connection are essential to provide the best care possible, and I am careful to include them in each session. I believe that every client is doing their best at each moment in time and that all of us can push ourselves to do better. My goal is to create an environment of support and encouragement.
