What is your style/approach to therapy?
I practice from an integrated holistic viewpoint to help align these three dimensions of the individual. My therapeutic approach to counseling is person-centered therapy (Rogerian) with beliefs rooted in psychodynamic theory (Eriksonian & Adlerian). Depending on the needs of the client, I will integrate other therapies such as CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative, and Somatic therapy.
