Professional Background
LicensureNew York, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, 009856
Work HistoryI’ve spent the last several years working in high-paced community mental health centers and outpatient clinics, which really shaped my focus on helping people navigate complex trauma and severe anxiety. That experience was invaluable because it taught me how to work with "stuck" emotions and help clients find relief when they feel they’ve tried everything. A large part of my career was spent in a hospital-based program, where I developed a specialty in supporting people through major life transitions like divorce, career changes, or grief—and treating underlying depressive symptoms that come with those changes. I learned that "clinical" doesn't have to mean cold; rather, it means meeting a person exactly where they are with proven, practical tools. I have also worked extensively with couples and young adults, helping them break cycles of people-pleasing and building better communication habits. I’m passionate about empowering my clients to move from merely surviving to actually thriving in their relationships and personal lives.
