I truly believe that your therapist should feel like your best friend that is not your friend. I believe in the therapeutic working relationship. I will work just as hard as you do. You are behind the driver's seat and you are the expert of your life. You know what you need and want. I just want to be the tour guide throughout your healing journey. I am more on the "informal" side of therapists. I enjoy humor and therapy and feel that it can be beneficial.
