Work HistoryIndividuals experience numerous events that leave lasting impacts, whether good or bad. Finding someone to talk to can be a struggle because we may feel we will be judged or seen as incapable of dealing with events. Depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, and communicating feelings can be difficult topics to discuss in a non-formal setting. By not having an open discussion about such topics, our lives can take a toll and spiral down at times. Mental health is an aspect of life that often gets overlooked in many communities, and taking the initiative to talk to a therapist is the first step to a well-balanced life. I have experience working with children, adolescents, college students, and adults. I have training and experience to work with military veterans, minority groups, and college students. I am trained in assisting clients with life stressors, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and much more. I am trained to utilize EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, Solution Focused, and ACT. My focus is to help you recognize certain strengths you already possess and empower you to help you reach your goals while in therapy. I encourage you to go ahead and take the first step. Our front desk team can walk you through step by step in setting up an appointment. I look forward to meeting you. ¡También hacemos sesiones de terapia en español!
