I have 15 years experience working as a social worker. My specialty are in the area of individual therapy to address issues of past trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, women's issues, stress management, work/life balance, parenting, family conflict, grief/loss, chronic health problems In working with children and adolescents I use the modality of social emotional learning. Additionally, I use play therapy techniques, recreation and art to increase engagement. I have assisted individuals with emotional disturbances such as anxiety, depression, bipolar and self-harm issues I am skilled in working with adults, adolescents and children.
