Get To Know Me
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My diverse experiences, personal and professional, have shaped my belief that healing looks different for everyone, and that growth often begins with the courage to reach out for support. Why? Because I know what it's like to sit on the other side of a session. That experience helps me bring authenticity and empathy into my practice.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. I believe that therapy is a shared journey, one where healing happens through understanding, self-awareness, and genuine connection. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, build coping skills, and rediscover your strengths.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for your story, resilience, and your capacity for change. I promise to provide a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space to make difficult topics feel more manageable. By the end of our work together, I hope you’ll leave feeling understood, empowered, and more connected to the authentic you.
