Work HistoryI have experience providing mental health care to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, as well as facilitating both individual and group-based services. My clinical background spans a variety of settings, including community mental health clinics, in-home therapy, school environments, and memory care units, which has allowed me to work with individuals presenting with diverse needs, diagnoses, and life experiences. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, adaptable, and client-centered care. I now continue this work within my private practice, where I support individuals in navigating emotional challenges, strengthening coping skills, and fostering meaningful, lasting growth and healing.
