Work HistoryWhether you are experiencing conflict in your relationships, feel a lack of connection, or are simply overwhelmed by life, I am ready to go on this therapeutic journey with you. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to freely process your experiences and emotions. Throughout our sessions I can help you foster a strong and trusting relationship with yourself, which in turn, will help you build healthy relationships with others. Specializing in relationship issues and trauma, I utilize attachment theory along with various systems theories to positively and collaboratively address your concerns and empower you with the tools to help you face this crazy thing called life. Having a background in physical health, I also like to incorporate somatic, mind-body exercises into therapy. I have over 1 year of experience working with couples, individuals, and families of many different genders, orientations, and ethnicities. Connect with me today to set up a free 10-minute consultation to see if I am the right fit for you. I am currently offering Telehealth and Walk and Talk (a more casual, active, outdoor approach to therapy) appointments. I look forward to talking with you!
