We are a group of clinicians offering online inclusive and affirmative therapy services to residents in New York and Florida. At Inclusion Online Therapy we understand the importance of diversity and strive to provide high quality services to the Latinx, BIPOC and the LGBTQ community. Because we recognize culture as a force that impacts people's lives, beliefs, perspectives and attitudes towards mental health, we work from a space of cultural humility and understanding. Our mision is to promote and enhance the mental health of our clients and our communities by affirming and honoring their culture and uniqueness. Our goal is to provide you with a safe space where your unique perspective is valued and respected as we work together on the challenges you are facing and help you become your own personal agent of change. Our therapists are fully bilingual. They utilize a culturally informed approach with modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamics, solution focused, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care to help you move forward. We are holistic practitioners, and incorporate complimentary alternative interventions like mindfulness, meditation, tapping and breathwork in our sessions.
