Education
University of Vermont, Bachelor of Education, Individualized Degree in Education, 2023 — A combination of education, social work, and health & wellness coaching, focused on understanding how people learn, grow, and make lasting changes in their lives.
Work HistoryI began my work supporting people through my background in education, studying how people learn, grow, and make lasting changes in their lives. As a wellness coach, I helped clients create routines, set goals, and build habits that supported both their physical and emotional wellbeing, which is where I first started exploring the mind-body connection in a coaching context. Teaching yoga and fitness classes further deepened my understanding of how movement, breath, and the body can help manage stress and support emotional regulation. As a Milieu Coordinator at a partial-hospitalization-program for clients with eating disorders, I worked closely with individuals navigating complex emotional and behavioral patterns. I supported clients in building coping skills, developing healthier relationships with food and their bodies, and navigating daily life while fostering self-confidence and resilience. All of these experiences have shaped my approach today: combining practical, body-based tools with deeper exploration of emotional and behavioral patterns, helping clients move past overwhelm and build confidence, resilience, and ease in their daily lives.
