What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Seeking out therapy can be daunting and initiating the process to commit to your holistic health is a beautiful and courageous step. Whatever may bring you here, I hope you may extend compassion and gentleness towards those parts that may be hurt and fearful. I am dedicated to coming alongside others in their pain and struggle, listening and honoring stories and experiences, and extending empathy and compassion. I deeply care about attuning to your emotions and needs, being mindful of power, privilege, and cultural contexts, and empowering you to reconnect with yourself and your values.
Together we can collaboratively and curiously explore identity and culture, process uncomfortable emotions, deepen self-understanding and awareness of patterns, and progress towards a more value-aligned life. Working from a relational, person-centered orientation, I cultivate safe, sacred spaces for vulnerability, authenticity, and healing.
I am accepting new clients as of 05/13/25 (both virtual & in-person). If you are interested in therapy and curious if we are a good fit, I would love to connect. You may schedule a consultation to openly discuss what may best support you and your needs. Also I have an open enrollment for a Women of Color Connection Group!
