What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
What’s important for someone to know about working with me is that my goal is truly aligned with yours: to help you overcome any barriers standing in the way of you living life to the fullest and achieving your goals. I want you to feel that the time and energy you invest in our sessions is always valuable and meaningful. Together, we’ll focus on creating real results and progress. I encourage you to check in with yourself along the way, to see if you feel that the work we’re doing is helping you move forward. Your growth and success are at the heart of everything I do, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My personal experiences have deeply influenced the way I work with clients. I’ve been on the other side, searching for the right therapist, and I know how much time and energy it takes. I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing therapists who helped me break through barriers, as well as some who weren't as effective. These experiences taught me how important it is to feel truly supported. I believe therapy should be about creating a space that’s warm, authentic, and effective, where clients feel empowered to move forward. I also believe you should never settle for a therapist who doesn’t help you grow—life is too short for that. My goal is to provide you with the support and care that will allow you to thrive and reach your fullest potential.
What does success look like in therapy? How will a client know that they are making progress?
Success in therapy often shows up in a continuum of meaningful ways. You’ll notice progress when things that once caused you pain don’t hurt as much, or when the way you view them shifts entirely. It’s when what you once feared begins to feel like something you’re ready to face, and when hurtful words lose their sting. It’s also when you start to trust your own inner resources more than relying on external things or others. Success is when your sense of self is grounded in your own feelings, not shaped by others’ opinions. You’ll see it when you discover new strengths within yourself or feel more at peace in your body and soul. These shifts are a sign of healing and growth, leading you toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Education
Trinity International University, Master of Arts, Counseling Psychology, 2013
My master's level studies combined elements of psychology and counseling to provide a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, mental health, and therapeutic techniques. The program focused on helping individuals address emotional, psychological, and relational challenges, with an emphasis on personal growth and well-being.
Work History
With over 11 years of experience, I specialize in supporting adults, particularly professionals who are looking to improve their emotional well-being, manage stress, and enhance their relationships. Many of my clients seek therapy as a proactive tool to enhance their quality of life, career satisfaction, and overall personal growth, rather than waiting until a crisis arises. Throughout my career, I have worked in both private practice and non-profit organizations, where I developed expertise in helping individuals overcome emotional or psychological barriers. Whether navigating work stress, career transitions, or personal relationships, I support clients in reducing anxiety and trauma that can hinder their progress. I also work with clients to address life stress aggravated by past experiences, such as trauma or attachment wounds, and guide them toward healing and growth. As a certified Applied Metapsychology Facilitator and EMDR practitioner, I use a range of evidence-based approaches, including Traumatic Incident Reduction, Life Stress Reduction, and Crisis Intervention techniques. These methods help clients process challenging emotions, break harmful patterns, and experience a reduced emotional charge in their daily lives. Through this work, clients have been able to recover from domestic violence, improve self-esteem, and regain stability in both their personal and professional lives. What sets me apart is my client-centered, result-driven approach, grounded in the belief that people have the capacity to heal and grow. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make lasting changes. I am deeply committed to walking alongside clients as they navigate their unique journeys toward greater life satisfaction and success, facilitating the healing process without imposing personal values or views.
