Training/CertificationsI have completed trainings in Emotional Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, and Brainspotting.
Education
Yorkville University, Master of Arts, Counselling Psychology, 2024 — I graduated with honors with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in British Columbia Canada. I have been practicing as Registered counsellor in Canada for the last couple of years and I am currently getting licensed in Florida, there I am an intern counselor for licensing purposes, so my fees are heavily reduced during this time!
Work HistoryI have been working as a counselor, supporting people with a wide range of challenges. I have extensive training in specific areas; this includes working with individuals with ADHD, guiding couples through relationship difficulties, and providing support in many other areas of life. Before becoming a counselor, I spent over 20 years working in the medical field, which gave me a strong foundation in caring for others. I’m passionate about learning and always looking for ways to grow in my work. Most importantly, I’m deeply committed to the well-being of every client I work with, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where they can thrive.
