Get To Know Me
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
Even if you’ve been to therapy before, it can be scary and daunting to restart the process. It’s completely normal to explore different therapists until you find someone you feel comfortable with.
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I’ve lived through experiences that gave me a deep understanding of how trauma and early life shape patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. I know firsthand how survival patterns can feel overwhelming or limiting in daily life, and this perspective is what guides my work as a therapist, allowing me to approach each client with empathy, curiosity, and the awareness that healing is rarely linear.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I prefer to take a more integrative approach, as I do not believe "one size fits all." It is important for me to meet you where you are at, at any given moment, so what happens in sessions will be based on your needs at that current moment.
