Work HistoryI am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois, and I'm here to help you overcome whatever obstacles you're currently facing. I have extensive experience helping individuals of all ages. I strive to create a safe and friendly space for my clients and to build genuine and compassionate therapeutic relationships in order to fully support them in their healing. I have a holistic and person-centered approach and use techniques and interventions based on each unique client and their needs. My framework is eclectic and borrows from various approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic. I believe that everything is connected and seek to nurture the mind, body, and soul so that clients can free themselves from the ropes holding them back from living beautiful, joyous lives.
