Get To Know Me
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My personal experiences have played a significant role in shaping my approach as a therapist. Throughout my life, I have personally navigated through my own periods of anxiety, hopelessness, self-esteem issues, and patterns of toxic relationships, all of which has given me firsthand insight into the challenges my clients may face. My own experiences have taught me the importance of empathy and non-judgment. Through self reflection, therapy, and patience with myself, I strengthened my own sense of self and learned coping strategies and developed resilience. I share these tools with my clients, helping them build their own resilience. My personal experiences have enriched my practice by fostering empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of the human condition. I believe these qualities enhance my ability to support my clients in their path to healing and personal growth.
What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
The key components of a therapeutic relationship are genuineness and trust. you don't feel comfortable with your therapist, you're never going to trust them enough to share those vulnerable parts of you. This is why I always prioritize authenticity and strong rapport with my clients. I care deeply and want to help you on your journey to live a happier life, and it's so important that you can feel this in every session.
