Master in Social Work Arizona State University, Master of Social Work, Clinical Social Work, 1988 — I received both my BSW and MSW in Social Work graduating with distinction receiving the Arizona Regents Scholarship Reward (Scholarship both years of graduate studies). I went on to teach at ASU full time as a lecturer for graduate students a total of 23 years.
Work HistoryIn his capacity as a Full Time Lecturer at Arizona State University Nick taught undergraduate and graduate students. For 23 years Nick served in numerous capacities at ASU ranging from educator, to curriculum/course developer to the provision of clinical supervision for student interns. During the course of his career Nick has served in multiple fields of practice ranging from direct service provider to consultant to administrator. In the Phoenix Union High School District Nick served as the Behavior Intervention Specialist consulting with educators regarding strategies for maximizing student learning and addressing Psychosocial Behavioral issues.
At varies agencies and institutions including Aurora Behavioral and Honor Health Systems Nick has provided a range of mental health services from psychotherapist to clinical supervisor for clinicians applying for licensure.
