Work HistoryI’ve spent the past decade working in high pressure settings where people are dealing with real problems, not just ideas. I started in child protective services, helping families in crisis and making fast decisions around safety. That experience shaped how I think. I then worked in a therapeutic group home with adolescents and families. A lot of that work was helping people understand patterns in their behavior and figure out how to respond differently in real situations. Now I work as an outpatient therapist with adults, couples, and young people. I focus on anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and relationship issues. I keep sessions structured and practical so you leave with something you can actually use. People who work with me usually say I am clear, direct, and easy to talk to. I will help you understand what is going on without overcomplicating it, and I will push you to make changes that actually move things forward.
