Work HistoryI work with individuals (15+), couples, and families on all sizes of issues through an honest, compassion focused and trauma-informed lens. My practice supports folks in understanding and processing complex traumas, gently challenging negative, unwanted, and unhelpful narratives to foster healing in relationship with yourself and others. My areas of specialty include complex trauma, foster/adoption issues, LGBTQ+ folks, relationship challenges, and eating disorders. I also have an interest in supporting those struggling with various forms of addiction across all stages of change through a harm-reduction approach. I understand how important it is to find a therapist you connect with and welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey. If you think I might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a no-cost phone consultation.
