Education
Seattle University, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2025

Work HistoryBefore starting Current Tide Therapy, I spent years as a counselor in community mental health agencies and public schools throughout the South Puget Sound.
The healing path is one I know from the inside. I’ve walked it myself and continue to. It’s also one I’ve trained carefully to guide. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MAEd) from Seattle University. My academic background also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from The Evergreen State College, which continues to inform how I understand identity, belonging, and culture in the therapeutic space. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
Every person who sits with me brings a story I’ve never encountered before. I understand the courage it takes to let your story be heard, and I'm honored to walk alongside you.
