Education
Pacific Oaks College, Master of Arts, Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy: Trauma Studies, 2023
Work HistoryIf addiction, anxiety, or depression has been running your life, you already know that willpower alone doesn't fix it. The patterns go deeper than that, and they usually trace back to things you haven't fully addressed yet. I graduated from Pacific Oaks College in 2023 with my master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in trauma. I have been working with individuals whose mental health struggles are rooted in unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, or personality patterns that keep creating the same problems. I work primarily with adults and older teens dealing with addiction, personality disorders, anxiety, and depression. I use DBT for emotional regulation, ACT for values-based living, narrative therapy to reshape how you see your story, and CBT for practical skill-building. I also work from an attachment perspective, which means I pay attention to how your early relationships affect how you connect with people now. Ready to dig into what's really going on? If you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976. You can also message me or use this link: https://bit.ly/3JQzitS (Copy and paste it into your browser).
