Work HistoryI have been working in mental health since 2015. I have experience working with active duty members of the military, Veterans, Seniors, children, teens, and adults. I worked inpatient residential for persons living with severe persistent mental illness. I worked at Whiteman AFB for four years providing mental health services to ADM's, offering 1:1 individual therapy, group classes, briefings, and training. I provided services to Veterans at Leavenworth VA and KCVA. I have worked in school setting during my training. I worked in community mental health for two years serving diverse populations. I have experience working with members of the LGBTQIA population and providing services for people who are contemplating, or are in the process, of transitioning. I work with people of all races, ethnicities, genders, ages, and life experiences. I have extensive knowledge working with people living with trauma, relationship issues, life stress, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and communication struggles. I work from a person-centered perspective, meaning I meet the client where they are at, and focus on their needs for their growth and healing.
