Work HistoryI work in Private Practice via Telehealth and In-Person. I work with individuals 18 years and older. I started out working with children & teens in a school setting. I then moved into private practice and started working with individuals with a focus on parenting & co-parenting. My focus is now on those who are seeking to delve deeper into what might be causing their current symptoms and areas of concern and how these symptoms are impacting their daily functioning and interaction with others . The goal is to identify, process and manage current symptoms and begin to work towards reversing or changing maladaptive beliefs, facilitating coping mechanisms, encouraging personal growth & development for overall improvement to feeling better. I specialize in helping clients with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, women's issues, abandonment issues, and more, I use an array of therapeutic modalities. I don't believe in a "one size fits all model" and adapt my modality to each client's unique needs and treatment goals. My goal is to help you feel to heal.
