Work HistoryOver the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families in both community and private practice settings. My early clinical work with diverse clients taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are — offering compassion, structure, and a safe space to grow. I gained deep experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Those experiences strengthened my belief that healing happens through connection, understanding, and self-compassion. In private practice, I’ve expanded my focus to include sex therapy, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), kink, and BDSM, helping clients explore intimacy and desire without shame. I combine trauma-informed, sex-positive, and relational approaches to help people build stronger communication, trust, and self-awareness. Today, I bring together everything I’ve learned — clinical skill, empathy, and real-world understanding — to create a calm, grounded space where clients can explore, heal, and reconnect with themselves and others.
