Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I was raised in an abusive home—an environment so unsafe that, had CPS been around at the time, my sister and I surely would have been removed. Instead, I grew up feeling isolated, depressed, and different from those around me. Years later, through dedicated therapy, transformative classical therapy, and revolutionary wisdom healing, I found deep healing. Today, I’m thriving. Becoming a clinical psychologist felt less like a choice and more like a calling—an obligation and a privilege to walk alongside others on their path to healing, just as others once did for me.

Work HistoryI’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience, drawn to this work through my own journey of healing childhood trauma. After eight years in traditional psychotherapy, I believed I had resolved much of my past—until a powerful 20-year-old memory surfaced during my first Brainspotting training. Within 25 minutes, that memory was neutralized, and the symptoms that had lingered for years were gone. I was profoundly moved. That experience led me to become a certified Brainspotting practitioner and consultant.
In 2019, I began exploring the research on Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and immediately knew I had to pursue training. Today, KAP is a cornerstone of my practice. It’s a modality I trust deeply—because I’ve seen how it accelerates healing, often achieving in months what might otherwise take years.
