Work HistoryI’ve had the privilege of working with adult, female clients who are navigating some of life’s most tender and challenging moments. Much of my experience has centered around supporting people through major life transitions, working through grief and loss, processing trauma, and exploring shifts in identity or sense of self. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how layered and personal healing can be, and have shaped my approach to be both grounded and flexible. Whether someone is navigating the end of a relationship, a career change, the loss of a loved one, or simply feeling disconnected from who they are, I help them slow down, tune in, and gently move toward clarity, self-compassion, and growth.
