Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
My own journey with healing encouraged me to go into this field. My own experience with doing the hard, but good work of introspection, stepping into difficult parts of my life, vulnerable emotions, processing, and learning to have compassion for my self brought me to heal and grow. I want to encourage others to also pursue their own journey with curiosity, compassion, and care.
