Work HistoryI earned my Master of Arts degree in Child Development from Tufts University and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings, from high schools to hospitals to outpatient clinics. In addition to providing direct care, I’ve held leadership roles as Clinical Director and Virtual Medical Director at Lifestance Health and One Medical, respectively, where I gained invaluable experience managing teams and improving care coordination. I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, and other complex mental health concerns. I work with clients across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, life transitions, and family conflict. In my practice, I take an integrative approach, blending techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapies, and mindfulness. I believe in tailoring treatment to fit each person’s unique needs, ensuring that we’re addressing the root causes of their struggles while building long-term resilience and coping strategies. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Progress is made when you feel like you’re an active participant in your healing journey, and that’s why I prioritize open, transparent communication every step of the way. Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself or a loved one, I am here to support you. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your unique needs, and we’ll work as a team to help you reach your fullest potential.
