Work HistoryMost of my teen clients feel that anxiety has consumed their whole lives. They also identify as perfectionistic, depressed, and lonely. They are very creative, an overachiever or an over-procrastinator, and an emotional sponge. They may have a difficult time focusing in school and prioritize their relationships. Since they feel so deeply, they tend to feel ashamed of their emotions and work towards being someone different. I have experience working with black teen girls and other girls of color who live with anxiety and perfectionism. I practice with a person-centered, playful and black feminist thought approach to guide my clients. Through art-making, mindfulness and tarot cards, I will help you to to live with less anxiety and have more fun.
