Work HistoryMy hope is that our work together will refine your inner monologue while building trust within yourself and the environment you’re in so we can create the person you would like to be and build the life you want to live. Within this space we will name what’s been lost, give power to who you want to become, and establish inner resources. We will reframe outdated narratives created through survival so that we foster care for the future you , compassion for your past self, and empathy for the present. Humanizing the person who has carried you through life and into this journey to heal will be at the center of our work together. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ stress, PTSD , intersectional identity formation, burnout, and neurodivergence. I work with navigating grief, familial and interpersonal conflict, attachment styles, chronic illness, and identity development. It is important to nurture who you are today through the development of effective coping skills & accountability.
