Work HistoryI have over 30 years of experience providing mental health services as a clinician and as a supervisor. I am an Afro-Latinx and am bilingual in Spanish and English. My approach to therapy is from a feminist and culturally sensitive perspective. I am also an LGBTQ+ ally I work to support my clients in living more fulfilling lives, healing past traumas, and improving their relationships. I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to heal and make adequate changes in their lives. Therapy requires attending sessions regularly and a willingness to do the work.
