Work HistoryMy experience in mental health care began in high-paced emergency and behavioral health settings, where I worked with people during some of their most challenging and vulnerable moments. In these environments, I learned how to stay calm under pressure, respond with compassion, and help individuals find safety and stability in times of crisis. Over the years, I’ve cared for patients in emergency departments, medical-surgical units, and dedicated behavioral health programs. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of how mental health concerns—such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders—can affect every part of life. They also showed me the importance of listening carefully and tailoring care to each person’s unique needs and story. Today, as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I draw on that background to provide thoughtful, evidence-based treatment. My goal is to create practical, personalized plans that support both immediate relief and long-term emotional wellness.
