Together through a collaborative process, I am here to help empower you to create treatment goals that will help you grown emotionally, mental, and spiritually.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Sometimes there will be laughter other time tears, but through it all I will hold a safe space for you to create a sense of well-being. Not only will you be able to talk about what's bothering you but it's also important to know what to do about it! I will help you manage your stressors by teaching coping skills.

In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?

Our sessions will be interactive in nature. I like to ask probing questions as I believe that there are often layers to the pain we are suffering. At times, I will be here to validate your emotions and other times I may challenge you to consider alternative truths.
