Education
Northcentral University, Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy - General Family Therapy, 2022
Work HistoryIt can feel overwhelming when you’re dealing with challenges like strained relationships, emotional ups and downs, or patterns that seem hard to break, especially when you’re not sure where to start. I chose this field because I’ve always been passionate about helping people navigate those difficult moments and find a path toward healing and connection. My professional journey began at Northcentral University, where I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2022. Since then, I’ve been working as an MFT Intern and Drug and Alcohol Counselor-Intern, supporting children, adults, couples, and families facing concerns such as addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges. Through this work, I’ve learned the importance of understanding each person’s unique story and cultural background. In therapy, I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and family systems to help clients build practical tools, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. lIf you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976.
